How do I order and pay for a new TrendyeCovers service?
It's very easy. First, choose a service that suits your needs, then click on the "Click Here to Order" Button. It will bring you the page that will have questionnaires for you to answer about your product & pay through pay-pal(it accepts most of the payment methods credit cards, online cheques, etc.). There is a contact email to send your answers (service@trendyecovers.com)
How long does it take to get the graphics once I've ordered from TrendyeCovers?
It takes 3 business days (72-hours) or less once you order and send the information... However if some reason it's taking longer, definitely you will be informed
Can I order from TrendyeCovers, even if I am in another country?
Definitely. the payments are done by pay-pal, and everybody could use pay-pal doesn't matter which country they live in. TrendyeCover has clients from all around the world.
What if I don't like the design of the graphics?
TrendyeCovers guarantees client satisfaction, either you can request a new design or request a refund. (please see Terms&Conditions)
Do I own the rights of the graphics?
The design you receive from TrendyeCovers is for your own use only, you may not sell it or modify it to make a new design for a different product. You will have the copyrights to use it for your exact product.
Do TrendyeCovers design anything else other than what's on the order page?
Covers, Headers (web-base graphics) is TrendyeCovers specialty however, There is a great chance that, whatever graphics you are looking for it could be provided.
How do you deliver my new graphics from TrendyeCovers?
There are two ways you can receive your graphics
A- An email attachment
B- You can get it from the special link, that will be send to you (save as)
Will i be able to use the graphics as soon as I get it from TrendyeCovers?
Yes. You will be able to place your new graphics without any modification, all will be web-optimized
What file format will I get my graphics from TrendyeCovers?
It will be 72 DPI, GIF or JPEG depends on the image quality and colors, These are the files commonly used for display on web pages and works on any computer systems |
